Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rules for advance payments, date changes, cancellations and refunds for Anchor Sourabh Shandilya bookings.

Advance payment

A booking is confirmed when the client pays the agreed advance deposit. The deposit reserves the date and starts the event preparation process.

Cancellation by client

If the client cancels more than 30 days before the event, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative fees and processing charges. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the advance payment is generally non-refundable.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to complete.

Event rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible based on the anchor’s availability. Clients should request a new date as soon as possible. If a new date is agreed, the original deposit is applied to the rescheduled booking.

If the anchor is unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation by anchor

In the unlikely event the anchor must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, the client will be offered an alternate date or a full refund of any advance payment.

No-show and venue issues

If the venue is unavailable at the agreed time or if no representative is present, the booking may be treated as a cancellation. The refund or reschedule will be assessed case by case.
