Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after the client submits the required advance payment and receives a written confirmation. Payments are processed through Razorpay or any other payment provider selected at checkout.

The advance payment secures the event date. Final balance details, travel fees, and any additional charges are communicated before the event.

Client obligations

Clients must share event details, venue access, timelines, and any special announcements at least 7 days before the event. Accurate guest names, stage instructions, and the event rundown help deliver a smooth performance.

Any material or script provided by the client must be approved by the anchor before being used on stage.

Event changes and cancellations

Change requests are accepted subject to availability. The client should notify the anchor as soon as possible if the event date, timings, or venue change.

If the client cancels the booking, the advance payment may be forfeited according to the cancellation policy outlined on the refund and cancellation page.

Performance and liability

Every effort is made to deliver the agreed hosting service professionally and on schedule. The anchor is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors outside his control, such as venue issues, weather, or technical failures.

In rare cases where the anchor cannot perform due to illness or emergency, a mutually agreeable alternative date or refund will be discussed.

Intellectual property

All creative material, show scripts, and performances remain the intellectual property of Anchor Sourabh Shandilya unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use recordings or photos for personal memories and event promotion in accordance with any separate usage agreement.
